Ascension problem

Hola.

Don't know if to post here or in the ascended section.

But I just bought a new laptop and everything is silky smooth and fine but there is a persistant
annoying problem when I try to login to ascended it gives me a error:

"You are not logged in. Please try to login again. Please note that cookies MUST be enabled to login, for security reasons. Only your player ID (not password or email) are kept in the cookie."

I can't even login direct from main.

I'm using Chrome but I tried Firefox & IE.
Everything is fine on my desktop and my phone but it keeps coming up on my laptop.
I've checked the settings for Chrome they are the same as on my desktop, I'm running
avast which I also do on my desktop, I even tried shutting it down but nothing changed.
I've tried turning of all Samsung lated apps etc, still happens.

Does anyone have ANY suggestion as to why this is happening?

Indeed, like I stated same settings as on my desktop where it is fine :s

Yep no problem there.

hmm still appears cookies are being eaten before they're stored...
Tried to disable all security? Like the firewall, windows defender etc.

Boot up in safe mode with networking, and see if that helps at all....

Its like that in safe mode, I'm about to cry :'(

I even tried adding GateWars as an exception in the cookie settings still gives me the error.
