Is it still 10k for receiving?
Can the broker still bypass this?

The AT cap was moved to 20k not so long ago, then moved back to 10k for some reason shortly after that; I think it's still at 10k (I haven't tried going over it since; I prefer using my turns as fast as possible). And yes, you can bypass it with the broker.

Market turns reset on Monday, at 00:05 game time each week.

Raid cap... let me check:

Above 450,308,219 and raiding and black market purchases are no longer possible.

3 brokers of 10k to players who emptied out their AT reserves just for you, an ascension and you are well over 30k. No need for $.
If you want 60k general turns simultaneously, then yes.. $ is the way to go.

I was wrong, having 10k ATs in a broker counts as both the broker and the brokered having 10k ATs, according to the code anyway. Mine are still leftover from when the cap was at 20k.
