Inside personal log, or a new tab on the attack page (list of everyone in universe)

You can enter an id of an account, 1 id per line. Then when you confirm it will auto declare war on that person.
Its mostly time saving mechanism for re-adding farm lists.

Helpful for switching between farm/raid mode, or recovering from ascending (i can imagine that annoys a lot of new players to)

With 50+ pages, or even 20+ it can be quite frustrating opening each farm in a new tab, even if you have them linked in your personal log and using ctrl + tab to flick through them.

This way you can copy/paste your personal log, into the new text box, then click ok and its done.
after all, someone as advanced as the system lords, asgard, tollan etc would be able to distinguish the location of friend or foe quite quickly with their technology and a database of star systems etc.

if your going to cut & paste 20 pages of id's out of your log one by one you might aswell just save every id in your log as a direct link... it'll literally take 2 clicks, same as cut and pasting..
