I guess this is what has changed recently, inflated farming, decreased UU and a lack of ATs in supply have caused a game, where you can farm 50t in 10 minutes. The cost of ATs make massing anything under 5t def more costly for the attacker. I think there is some honor in bringing all opponents down, despite the cost and this is what is causing my increasing lack of interest in playing. Your beating on about how you , mass all this stuff and we should do it too. But the fact is just you, and your whole alliance feeds you, not you doing it off your own back all the time.
You might feel its great massing a 1 tri defence or a 500 bil defence, because well your fed all this free UU or free turns.
Now we look at it another way, while we do mass bigger defence, not all of us will feed just 1 account for them to go around massing 500 bil -1 tri defences.
Its pointless and a waste of turns, might be in war but while you waste your friends turns, they are not growing because they are feeding your habbit. Were we have all grown in MS, some a couple Covert lvls, some a couple A/C lvls , as well as planets.
So to sum it up we as a whole been growing still , while all those inactives feeding you to mass these 1 tri defence have grown nothing, wonder why DDE hold almost half of 1 page for the last month? We don't feed 1 player.
Your Taf team play is to work to feed YOUR account.
DDE team play is to ALL grow.

Bizarre, the game we live in consists of people mocking other for actually massing. Just so you know, TAF do not "feed" as you imply. If they do, then I've been left completely out of that discussion. I've had some ATs thrown my way from people ascending and I gave someone 30m UU so that they could mass somebody but nothing really beyond that.
I hate to chuck in a low blow, so I will tell you that the next bit is said without prejudice, because I think you are a good sort of person. However, I don't think to date you have massed me. Other than farming, I don't see you doing much aggression. The game is far too long through to just be worrying about farming and growth. I play for fun, I can farm what I need on a turn change to mass the vast majority of people. You may say that DDE have grown, I would counter that and say, no, DDE have got fat.
Anyway, in summary. I disagree with everything you say and it saddens me to see that one can no longer have pride in their achievements. I always thank my opponents on here for building, like I have always done, I rarely see that from your side of the fence but there are still a few people from TAF that do this.
I know what team I would rather be on.
