Name Change
Does using a name change take you off other people's War relations? Or am i stuck on someone's farm list if they refuse to set peace?

The war setting is linked with your id so no, changing your name doesn't affect the war setting. That said, ascending does reset relations so if you aren't an unknown yet, that might do the trick.
Alternatively, building a defense will get you off a bunch of war lists. If you have a defense, then do your best to bank your naq often or build a defense that can protect the naq you make and both do wonders at keeping people from attacking you.
As always, build (especially big) at your own risk though...

only way to get a war set removed is if you ascend. It removes the entire servers relation with you. So you lose your farm list and they lose you as a farm... of course this just means they can set you to war again
