Fix implemented in response to a bug: Daimon status resulting from NGMain's first ascension.

This includes a revision to the Ascension procedure and information presentation:

• - Ascended Race selection has been removed from the procedure for re-ascending players.
  - Current Ascended power levels are displayed for re-ascending players.
  - A distinction is made between NG- and regular Main accounts.
  - Some relevant information on the ascension process is provided.

This has been extensively tested, but please post any errors here.

I just wanted to ascend this morning, and was unable to do so.

Went through all the 3 steps multiple times, every requirements are met, I just checked that many times, still when I press ASCEND!! button on step 3, it drops me back to step 1. See pictures below:

weird, i ascended before the announcement without problems.
was your account main to asc, ng to main to ngmain to asc?

It is main to ascended.

Forgot to mention, also tried different browsers (Opera, Chrome, Firefox), none of them worked.

The original reports I got (and replicated) were with an NGM upon their first ascension, a bug that existed 1 month, at most.

Not sure if this is a bug or its supposed to happen, but one of my alliance members has ascended their CoTNW account for the second time and it is still Unspeakable should it have gone to the next level or is this correct?

Haha, no, thanks for reporting this. That was a bug. It has been remedied now, he should go to the proper level upon his next ascension.
