i remember when rank 1 used to be really hard to get and even harder to keep.
GNR is all well and good but... the most valuable resource in this game is turns.
So maybe the top 10 get an enhanced amount of turns per tc and rank1 gets double or even triple the amount.
Might make it worthwhile getting top 10 / top1 and increase competition for top 10
just an idea feel free to modify it.
