How is this possible - My Attack Weapons, Gone, no trace!

or have so few weaps taht you dotn care if they are destroyedd. i mean i really dotn care if my ten striek weaps go to hell

I tried to raid with 1 armed soldier and "some" unarmed.. went well but It felt like the uu/turn efficiency sank to about 70% compared to 1000 fully armed - any ideas if and if so, how much weaponstrength affects efficiency?
