I have the same problem, i recently moved back from the USA to the UK though, and used vacation mode on Ascended and Quantum, and PPT on Main, and now i cant log into Ascended nor the Quantum server and main is fine,

When i try log into Quantum i get

I have deleted cookies, temp files, checked firewall, everything and still it wont let me in,

Ascended just says check cookies.

I dont know what else to try, ive emailed admin, has anyone else ever had this problem.

Perhaps your browser is rejecting cookies. I dont know because its not really written why are you not logged in, but usually you get to see a page if session is set and cookie sent.
