Planet thiefs with low stats

Why should they be allowed to continue if they are clearly multi accounts?

Here is a list of suspected Planet Pirates to be investigated. This is not Exhaustive, post the links of your own planet pirates if you feel they need to be added to the list for investigation and deletion.

All steal planets from my alliance then send there MS's out so i cant retaliate. All roughly at the same time, within several minutes

27 army size. Ranked 23,150 yet can still manage to buy a mothership and steal a planet, which is mysteriously gone. I at first thought it was from the war with AK, but I looked back and found this obvious multi.
