Ostracized

Now I know what it is, but the one thing that I have been trying to figure out, is, is it permenent? are the people that are ostracized banned or suspended? or does it varry?

I think it may vary but 98 percent of the time its permanant

hehe, no I just wanted to make sure my raid targets wont be comeing back out of the shadows one day :shock:
