Remove Market PPT

i believe it should be removed from the game completely. if you want to be free from attacks, then you should support the server with $$$$. it will add stratergy back into the game, as you wont be able to cheaply sit free of hits for over half the time. it will force people to play again, make wars more damaging. more wars, more farming. it will make people actually have a defence, and make getting the top covert levels challenging again, taking preplanning to get it done in under 2 days.

it will also help admin with income. maybe if enough people like sitting free of being hit, we might be able to afford an extra admin or something, idk. maybe it will remove those adds.

if this was introduced younger players, or players who don't have lots of cash to spend on online games, would be unable to go on PPT and would quite likely quit. It should be left as it is, otherwise the game is unbalanced.

I think it has been suggested before. Some people even suggested limiting market SS/PPT further, from 2/week to 3/month, and even that was not accepted. So I'm afraid this won't get through. That said, I do agree with your sentiment, people shouldn't be allowed to sit on PPT as much as they do. Personally, I'd be more for limiting it.

I think it should be something like +1 per week, and you can save up 4. So basically you have 4 PPT's a month and you can use them whenever you feel like it. You could string them together to get 6 in a row, if timed cleverly. Or use them whenever you see fit. Ascension should reset the count to 0 so you can't use that to make an even longer streak.

Agreed, get rid of it... its not needed. If people want ppt enough there are other ways to get it.

I think its a pretty good idea, and im speaking as one of the younger players who dont have cash to spend on online games. i've only ever managed to convince my parents to pay for one thing, and that took a year

I think market PPTs should stay. I use these PPTs only, when I know, that I wont be at least a day online. and if I get home, I usualy cancel the PPT... cause I would be bored otherwise

removing these will make it hard for those that cant use real money... and admin has said he wanted game equal for all players, not just those with too many $$... and if this ppt type was removed, then ppt wouldnt be available to all...

removing market PPT will make alot of things near impossible for players without $$ to spend on the game.

remember when it was like what you were suggesting? remember bro crit? even if there are still limits that could very well still happen, only not quite as bad, atleast this way players with no $$ to spend on SGW can still get thier hands on a PPT and have it benefit them, as it costs what? about 74bill to get someone to use real $$ to buy SS? spending that much makes the PPT pointless.

It is fine how it is, and people who just sit on PPT instead of building a defence arent doing the best for thier account as they lose out 14bill a week, for smaller players like me its a decent bit

i only use 1 PPT a week tops. the current system also allowed me to be safe for 4 of the 5 days every second week and the 2 days every other week i couldnt get on the net as my parents are split and it took nearly 4 months for me to get a working comp at mums house.

without the PPT's i would have been on vacation half the time and would have barely grown, i would probably be under 2mill UU

I don't know about you guys, but I like to do other things besides play this game, especially on weekends. PPT's allow me to do that without having to bank every few hours. I don't really see how it hurts the game anyway...

here's a news flash, the game use to be like this, back when it was better. When I started I couldnt hardly ever go on ppt!

TBH I think the only way to stop all this nonsense about planet thiefs, gorila people or w/e they call em who hit then go on PPT, is to stop this market ss poop.

Well, as much as I hate PPT's... mainly when I have spend time on it - I must disagree with removing it from market. Because if I hate something more, then it's making people to pay real money for playing the game and using its all possibilities. PPT is strategic thing, admit it or not and making people pay for it, in current game, how it developped, it would kill again mainly smaller players, who don't have large banks to get higher spy lvls etc. Big players would of course benefit - they would farm smaller players...

So, my opinion says NO to this suggestion.
(And I actually never thought I'd come up to refuse my decision to join the bandwagon of removing PPT from game - after thinking of it, if I'd say yes, it would be purely from selfish reasons. But for the sake of game, it's probably better to have Market PPT here.)

stargatewars isn't as it was before.
now it's full of planet stealing noobs who abuse ppt's to be safe.

something needs to be done.

make it 1 ppt a week instead of 2.

that would be enough for the people who use it during the weekend.

and for people who need more,they need to buy it for $.
this would make sgw more active.in the good old days,you needed to bank very often to have naq everyday.
now it's just sitting on your ass and log in once every 2 days.
