phasing bug

Ok, here's the deal:

I am no way phased out, but when I try to spy, it says the typical phased out message ( You are still out of corporal existence, repairing and recovering from your own damage. You must wait if you are to remain insured...) blabla...

I think it's a bug, because I am not phased out at all.
Insured Realm Damage Meter 1 Percent (of max 112 loses)
Outstanding Activity: Attacks Defended: 29 | Insured Attacks Lost: 94
Anyone has the same problem or it's just me?
