do i lose my MPDSD when i ascend? (the ones that are stored...)

Can i add to that question if a planet is on MPSPD and then you ascend will it still be on MPSPD?

You don't lose any when you ascend, you actually gain 10 days worth. As for having a planet on MPSPD when ascending... no clue.

but i didn't know you get all bounses also

you ascend, and get EVERYTHING you get with the $20 supporter status. and you keep your phase shift on and off planets because i just did it on friday.
