only a minor change with the percent you can give an officer,
a) raise the limit to 50%
b) have the ability to give different officers a different percent, currently all my officers get the same, but I would rather give a bigger share to those that have been there longer/most active, I have a lot of people asking to join and although I like to have officers, I don't want to drop the amount some of the others already get
