planet facilities upgarde question

Newb question but this is the section so here goes

I know that as planet size increases, you can build more defences on it, and at certain points you have to upgrade the planet size to be able to build more defences, I was just wondering if the same thing applied to planet facilities.

For example, could you have a attck planet with say 10 bil attack but only be tiny?

yes, you can have as many facilities as you like, but the bigger the planet the more it'll increace by. if you have a 10bil tiny and upgrade it it'd go way up in power

there is no limit as to how many upgrades you can put on a planet of each size
