War notification

There needs to be some system where we know who is at war. Since so many are running after so called vultures lol. Sometimes its hard to actually know who is at war at any given time. Sure you could check the forum everytime you attack but thats annoying and time consuming.

I do understand taht there is a chance some alliances might cheat by declaring war on friends so no one attacks them but I think we would figure that out lol and mass themm for it lol
