I tried getting on the forums a little bit ago and kept getting the error that:
so and so had too many users already and they were at their max. Cannot connect to database. Anyone care to explain?

dunno, either because the game is down due to hardware error, or because the new phpbb 3.x RC1 hasn't been changed to allow more users on...
