Question about Market Turns

This might belong in the market forum but I see people selling and buying market turns. How are those sold or bought?

First off both players need full SS

Now lets say Player A wants to sell there market turns and Player B wishes to buy them (almost always player B will want turns).

Player B brokers Player A for however much naq is needed to buy X amount of market turns (for instance if Player B wanted all 15 he would broker Player A for 63.9bill naq).

Then Player A buys the turns off the market (which on todays market buys 4200 turns).

Finally now that Player A has the turns they broker them back to Player B for a set amount of NAQ or UU.
