You weren't being warned for following the rules. You were being warned because this thread is technically another thread on a subject that already has a thread which was locked because the war was over and thus the thread was no longer required. I gave you suggestions on how to get around this rule so that your thread wasn't that but a thread about memories of war.

I'd like to ask, if possible, a global moderator (such as Jenny who posted previous to you without any mod warnings) that a thread dedicated to the MEMORY of A war is allowed, or if it has to be of ALL wars.
