I'm sure admin will take appropriate action with lm217, but tbh i don't feel sorry for tintsel. he let himself get sucked in, then goes about with all this mudslinging on the forums... meh. i guess to me its just a game, that could be the difference...

On another note-any idea when we can get a resolution from admin?

Ok, this hasn't got anything to do with the topic but I would like to know how I'm immature? Not having a go at you but it seems a rather odd choice of words.

I have come into this topic with nothing but facts and have tryed to present my case to the best of my ability. Where have I been immature?

Because I'm against the idea of me being banned? Or is it something else?

I would really like to know.

Alright, cyber blade. i guess i could have easily wrote all of my posts in a nice, and calm way. but i just got tierd of these ignorant fools who think that accusing people without any simple knowledge is a nice way to make themselves known on the forums... some ppl in the thread cant even read the above posts properly and post things blindly.

I'm sorry tintsel, and ladiesman 217-I did not mean to attack either of you personally. If either of you felt that, you have my sincere apologies. That said-please note, both of you-that I did not say that either of you were immature, or cheats, etc. I chose my words carefully. "it seems" means that that is what I had been seeing, and may or may not be true. It is not a statement of fact, by any means.

Regardless of semantics, with regards to your question tintsel. I went over the thread again, and its mostly your comments directed at lm217. I appreciate the factual nature which the rest of your posting has had. I can understand you being upset, I guess its just I have always tried to control my emotions and not lash out verbally at others, regardless of what they do. Of course, as I say-that is my way of being, not yours. but that was what lead up to my previous comment. I realize that I am probably a rarity on these forums as most war threads and such have plenty of those type of comments. I think all those type of comments are immature-regardless of who posts them. And to be honest I've probably posted comments like that myself. I think I'd be better said if I could rephrase my original statement to say that I thought that some of both of your posts were immature. Not all-on either side. And it was not meant as an attack on yourself. the naivety was also not an attack on you, just a comment-which I think you understand. I wish we could trust everyone, but human nature... O well, thats an entirely new discussion.

And I don't have any problem with you not being banned. I don't think you should be banned. The post where i mentioned that possibility states that technically you could be. Not that you should be. Again, admin is the one who decides what if any penalty there is. I think you already learned your lesson though-and I doubt that there are any other players who think you should be banned.

I can also understand your frustration. imho, many of the posters haven't been very logical, nor have they read through and considered all the details. I also recognize that it is much easier to stay cool when you are not the target.

Sorry my post comes a little delinquent from when I said I would post here.

I am not reading the entire topic.

I am not accusing ladiesman as I said before to Tintsel that I think if it is indeed him (since the account for sale on main forum was in his name and matched this Tintsel's account).. and since I was not the one who originally did the inquiry when we were discussing purchasing the account back for the alliance (where Tintsel had been).

I was brought into conversation and to be honest from everything that was said while negotiating the transfer of the account and the "price" of the account dropping as well as the amount of uu being requested of the account when ip was causing issues with them sending themselves the UU in the account.. it all seemed WAY to sketchy and scammer to me.

I stated the only way I would do the transfer is if the person the account was being bought for could be given the information and sign in and change the data and then once confirmed I would send over the UU requested. Based on my reputation and my history with trades and as a player (as well as from contact with the admins), time invested, etc.. that that should have been enough to accept my word for the trade. They requested a 50% deal when we said the deal was off if that wasn't accepted, to which I of course said no deal.

I can post the logs here of that conversation.

I fully back Tintsel's word about the initial trade, I have known him a long time and although I was upset with the way he withdrew for playing.. I cannot hold that against him as after speaking with him I know why he did need to sell up.

If Ladiesman is the same one I know.. shame on you and I hope that the return of the account was due to guilt that you know me, but its still cheating.

Either way I'm sure IPs can be checked and matched to see who it is.

I believe he has been contacted and I will send him courtesy PM when I mass. I know JMX hates scammers too so dont see a problem there.

Funny how this account joined a strong CO immediately AFTER I PMed the alliance he was in to get him kicked. Run and hide behind someone strong looks like a Ladiesman217 tactic to me but it wont work, I want admin to clear this guy, no other 'proof' will be accepted.

I have been made aware of this and my first thought was I hate cheats boot and destroy. Well something told me to give the other side a chance so I contacted Azwraith and told him the whole story and said if he had proof that he had bought the account I would make sure he was protected.

He siad he has bought the account, sent me an image:

I dunno if the pic works, my comp is kinda messing up with pics, but I told him to upload it on photobucket.com. But seems that he has proof. If I find it proof worthy then I ask FS not to attack him unless Admin comes out and says he's still the same person.

Also for now, while this is being sorted, please do not attack him. Any attacks will be treated as farming and well, Easy^ knows how I treat farmers

@ Jedi, I have a serious log in problem and waiting for admin to help me so I guess he has a brief reprieve, appoligies if you have PMed me, I cant get in to read or reply.

Just for you, when I can log back in I may extend my deadline to give admin a chance to get the only proof that counts ( Is the account being logged into from the same IP address ) but if admin wont even check then I will assume guilty due the past actions and deceptions from the account.

If admin won't check it is because he is too busy. If you continue your attacks after the deadline because admin hasn't gotten around to that then I will step in. As stated on that show COPS all are proven innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
