I did Taikwondo with my brothers rick and blake a few years back now, when it was still held at your house, im so sorry for your loss. Andrew who you know is my best mate.

Rek summed it up well.
I've known him for sometime now and i can say i never heard (read) an insult come out of his mouth, he constantly looked on the positive side of things and that i will miss.
One of the nicest people one will meet in an online community, my sympathy goes out to luke/ace and the rest of his family

I also knew Brett and trained tkd under him. I attended the funeral and marvelled at his life achievments in such a short time. A very tragic loss, and my love and best wishes goes out to Karen, Alison, Nathan, Luke and Margaret.
Take care and look after each other. rest in peace Brett.

I don't think he meant to forget about it; the way I read it, he said he hopes you can go on with your life (I'll assume, after mourning for an appropriate time).
Otherwise, I can understand it comes across as a rather harsh remark.

I am very sad to hear this, as I remember when it also happened to my friend Zero.
A person should not be judged by anything more then how his friends remember him. Judging from this thread, and the responses, I can only imagine what a great person he was. It is a sad day, and my condolences go out to his family and friends. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help.

Excuse me, i sincerly hope you dont mind me asking but...
What happened to Zero? last i heard he had a year or something but had a small chance and he left the game. But that was a very very long time ago. I know the post i got this from was pretty old, i dont read this forum much. I remember praying for him though.
I was around at that time but never heard any news after that. I didnt know him, only by his forum reputation.

It's a real shame he never made it to any of the Melbourne meets, we all had a blast.
