the Neo empire is a sub-group within the spam temple directed towards disarming the then 'spam gods' who used their influence to disrespect and discourage newcomers without any consequence.

the neo aspect isnt in reference to the neo alliance, it is a play of the meaning of the 'word' neo (which means 'new', for those who dont know. i myself didnt know the meaning until the group formed).
