I modified the UP Calculator and it suggest Top UP at about 92218
It is not totally correct but it gives me something to work on

I had the 100k+ UP posted. I doubt it's the top now though.
Upgrades went from 205mill each to 148mill each over night. >.< So someone has bumped theirs well past mine.
