why for once can't there be a server war without OE ? are we truely needed to validate the credebilety of the war ?

Omega has always been the measuring stick by which everyone else has felt the need to compare themselves; notice how many people brag about fighting an Omegan or an OE alliance or the empire as a whole.
It has always been a badge of honor to fight beside and against Omega.
