Hey there, not really part of the war but this is just something I wanted to. Correct, I guess. Maybe ammend?

This isn't inflammatory at Ace, but it seems as of late, a lot of players are presuming something. The aggressors can rock out to any rule of the law they feel like, but should not be compelled to take offense or issue to when the defenders of such a soireé, obviously having been beat to the initial punch, opt to battle back in which ever way they deem fit.

In the war of HVE v AGen, AGen being the aggressors, they kept us pretty much 0'd. And HVE didn't build up all that much. AGen didn't like it, but certainly didn't gripe, considering they were the agressors. It is the generally accepted norm, as far as I can tell, that the defenders typically dictate the terms. The aggressors can't hold the defenders to standards without their consent.
