Just thought I'd note, I've noticed you are failing to abide by the terms of this vendetta dip:

Terms:

2. Officers are off limits.
   
3. No snipering (training up units where possible)

Before Captain Aizen approached us for a diplomatic solution, a lot of people in HVE wanted to teach him a lesson As soon as Aizen approached us, I spoke with him and Dip, with input from Jak, hoping that a diplomatic solution could be figured out. Fairly soon, it was quite obvious Dip would not agree to a diplomatic solution, (compensation for the losses to Jaks army, and resources lost from the planet (weapons were left out as they were sabbed by someone separate before all of this)), and vendetta terms were drawn up.

Had Aizen not approached us, it could have possibly been Dip vs HVE (I'm not HVE HC so I can't say for certain). It is better for Dip that it is only me and Jak vs him.

Technically I haven't built But that is because I have reasonable stats, because someone won't mass them. If he did mass them, I'd rebuild on next login.
