I will say I hve made this mistake twice. Luckily I was trading with people I knew. Before I used to type in stuff and ignore the confirm, well I've learned from my mistakes and now I stare at the confirm for a while until I accept. Just learn from your mistakes and make sure it doesn't happen again.
