Well, think of something you do in real life, or on SGW that could be described in a town setting.
Here would be me:
When not reading books at the local library or playing Lord_Zeus in chess, I enjoy hanging out with my group of friends known as TSA. I don't really talk to other people in the town except in occassional bouts of talkativness (aka, spam and other stuff). Basically, loyal and for the most part quiet.

Tok`ra would be that guy living just outside of town that the cops always try to get rid of, even tho he easily avoids them and comes back every time.

No, siply because you're not 'popular'
Its how SGW works.
Bryan gets banned, and a crusade is launched to get him, and to a lesser extent the other people, unbanned.
Unknown players get hit by the autoban script, anyone complaining on the fourm finds their thread locked or disapered.

Jamie Sheehan - The guy down the street who's always shouting at people out their window
Dundee - The guy who tries to help to many people (even if I do say so myself)
JaseB - The lost soul, the legend of the community, a warrior who inspired warriors that followed
Stoney - Drunkard with a sword, swearing at everyone who passes by
Sarif - The guy who is always out of town on business
Commander Gus - The local army nut who runs around in camo all the time spouting army jargon
q3utom - Photographer who gets steamin drunk every night when it hits 6pm then falls into the gutter.
