Or maybe metal gave him the UU cause he himself was at the cap and had nothing to do but boost people and dosnt acctually want them back

well maybe "owes" was too strong a word...I didn't mean to imply dean cheated metal or even that metal ever wanted the uu back

Maybe because Dean was "given" the uu and didn't "work" to get to the cap, he should just shut up instead of complaining was what was implied?

agree cap is good
it has been awhile since the cap was made
so some type of increase is not out of the question I must admit
