charisma and fleets. thats all you need to gain more planets. HOW you get those charisma levels and where you get the dmu for your fleets is a bit more complicated as your style of play will dictate the sources of those.

Btw, how did you get that much APP? I'm just really curious...

UP most likely. It is the best way to get APP, especially if you are spacing the time in which you did your ascensions out. I ascended with 133 k raw(not bad, but by no means great), and that alone gave me about 5.5 mil APP, and then a little more from naq, spy levels, ect.

Lol... Lore has an uber account and could have just sacrificed just a tiny percentage and gained that much.

well I wouldnt say uber

it was 155K ish UP, 8 mill supers, 8 mill mercs, covert 30 and anti 28. 750K untrained mercs(waste, but most were free).
