I see your point.
But without this update there would be players like you with big everything on ascended and much smaller, fresh in game etc. who won't be able to become powerful like you, becouse you will be light years away.
Now its more balanced.
I think it will be more interested cos everyone can have power and how they will use it will depend on theyr skills. I guess your skills are better than mine so you're still far far away from me

And about this daimon thing...I think it must be changed.
Someone will ascend to have main bonuses and then leave ascension, not fair.
I still think this would be better

:
leaving ascended plane you will loose ascended bonuses gained from ascensions + blessing, and take back bonuses from basic race(asgard def bonus, goa'uld income etc.) but you will keep ascended thechnology and weapons...
like they did with Daniel is sg1, he was descended but he still had ancient technology in his head, or it was something close to that

i was trying to find something to say about Daimon upgrade because right now it is really bad idea. Mietlan just found the best one and i support.
if you don't loose anything when becoming a daimon and you even get descention imunity... that is not the good way to go if you want people to play ascention server.
but as mietlan say. in SG, daniel keep the knowledge without the power. so daimon should be a special race with ascended weaps but no ascended bonus... or maybe redistribute so they get in between lower races and ascended races.
And maybe make that Daimon is a race deprived of ascention capacity ... so people don't abuse it and go Daimon only if they really don't want to play ascended server. because they won't be able to come back !
It's more like Anubis than Daniel.

Mietlan it would have been alrite without this, Iw asFOR the updates I thought it would make it more balanced, the only thing that ruined it was this free APP thing with a HUGE conversion rate. Conversion rate should be 1/3 of this IMO. So people can catch up but dont instantly overtake everyone. Ive worked out that a mate who was like 1.2 size of me will overtake me completly in a matter of weeks in army, because tahts how badly this is screwed.
Finarfin shut the hell up to stupid little worm. If YOU quick ascended then thats your own damn fault and im glad you still SUCK in ascended. But I and a lot of other people DIDNT quick ascend we just did our big ones a long time ago.

I only got 100k APP which I'm pretty sure I had more than that from my last ascension... but i'm not going to complain with these updates it gives me more reason to ascend again!

and about people who complain. well you're not the only ones who feel have lost something. i was an early ascender and i guess i got like 15k APP for my last ascension ages ago

so i got 100k APP now. i was rank 48 before updates. i was rank 52 after the updates. i'm still rank 52 after using up all the LF from APP .... i guess people who ascended later got more.
but i think this was the point of this update! so they could more easily catch up to older players. this adds life to the ascended server. removes the dullness that there was before. like - i knew i couldn't move higher up in rank without purchasing DMU for naq or so. i also knew anyone below my rank couldn't pass me without doing the same. ok, maybe a rank or two, but that's it
so i feel i have lost a lot as well, but now i, as some of you, MUST ascend again, in order to keep up. but - since we are older ascenders - we had main bonuses longer in main, so we got pretty good accounts there. should make ascending easy. we also have pretty good raw UP's, which will give us a solid amount of APP when we ascend. so in the end, i like this update more than i dislike it

Good updates, but...
1. I like Raid! (this is a way to spend AT). Why was it removed?
2. AT conversion (1 Turns into 1,000,000 Dark Matter Units each) is not good.
3. I'm not sure how many people are playing Ascended. I think that the amount of work in comparative to people that play is not a good rate. Usually were 60-80 people online. In main are usually 10 times more. In chaos are ~100 players online. So... u did a such big upgrade for what? I think that most of people plays Ascended only to keep the advantages they get in Main server.
Except this, good work! great updates!

Im sure after it all sinks in it will be fun. Lots of lovely farms.
But atm ill still be annoyed and still want it reversed, the idea stated by admin was to give them a better chance of catching up, not to just shove them in the lead.

Ascending actually means something again.
Nice update, benefits big ascenders more so than quick ascenders, as it should be, nice update admin im sure itll be enjoyable.

Might want to change the Daimeon a bit, make the stat bonus;s like 2/3'rds of your normal ascended bonus + no blessing, keep ascended weapons.

Stupid little worm? Yawn. Don't resort to ad hominem attacks, it just shows you are insecure. Sucking is a relative term, I suck because of the effort I put it - I have to put long hours into school and study, with major exams coming up. So I haven't spent the time I need to on Ascended. So what? My account isn't hugely successful, but at least I actually play the game with the little time I do have. So stop whinging, please. Not everyone got 5m APP, like you did. Do you know what, you got 6,000,000,000 life force out of this. Six trillion. The only people who would have got this were the same ones who already had good accounts. The mediocre got nothing like this, and were already far behind. You got far more then most people did, and you already have the account built up beyond everyone else.
So you aren't going to fall behind unless you misuse the APP you got. With six trillion life force to spend, I think you can outbuy most people - considering you were already ahead of them.

Well with levels being cheaper, but not affecting things as much, the more army you have to spend, the better the result will be, plus the more you will be able to covert..stronger you get..ect.
