uh... again... not wanting to be mean but if he is on vac mode when he is able to log on he can check although I'm unsure if people on vac have/haven't got any APP

Yes, see it is an entirely new concept in game design. Punish the strong, promote the weak. I heard that WoW was making too much money and they are grooming someone to really mess up the game. I guess Jason is auditioning for the job.

he is doing what he feels best for the server... YOU and a few others may not agree with it but if it makes half the people on the ascended server start playing then thats surely a good thing?

Thank you Rook. Of course I will stop digging Jason. Making people on ascension play the game a good thing? Yes. Handing them the server in a nicely wrapped package with a bow? Not a good thing. Descension should have been enough for people to start playing the game again. But then Jason nerfed that to the point of ridiculousness AND made it impossible to boot (with 2000 turns and a strong account, at least). Now this ridiculous update comes in and takes everyone in 2 days to levels that it took me two years to achieve. So I could have done six quick ascensions, built up my main account all this time, and then prepared a huge ascension with my insane UP and passed 90% of the server without even damaging my main account that much, as I would get to keep my MS, which would be much higher ranked now than it currently is (and probably by now my spy levels. Given the ridiculousness of the updates, I am sure that this has happened already).

And, as for doing this for the good of the game, remember he also felt that the Ascended Super Weapon would be good for the game and we all know how that turned out. He used it as a tool to discredit the good name of DD who were good enough to playtest the SW in the beta server and told him that it was a horrible idea and that we were going to do what we ended up doing with it. At that point he gave us his blessing to do so but then acted like we did something wrong with it when we started doing it and PUNISHED us for it.

Then he changed (or failed to code properly) the DMU-LF conversion increase in main and I thanked him for it in an email when I discovered that it had happened. He then, two months later, all but says that I cheated because I abused this bug and did not report it, again tarnishing my reputation and that of the good name of DD.

Y'all better hope that I can find someone to buy my account. If not, I am about to become the monster that you think I am. I voluntarily put myself in a cage and didn't do much to anyone (because that is the kind of player that I am). And everyone decided to poke and prod Mojo with sharp sticks. Mojo now has a host of new farms to cultivate in ascension and 2000 turns to do it with. Be afraid, be very afraid.

I would remove my ascended id from my sig but meh... if you enjoy thrashing me it at least means another player will stay in ascension and keep it active

Admin clearly stated he would not increase the limit past 5 mil APP, thus your original bonus + anywork you've done youself, + this latest boost must be 5 mil or less, simple really

Something that isnt clear , is the maximum of an ascension going to be 5 mil APP? so if i spent 12 months building a 1 mil raw u.p for a super massive 100 mil APP ascension...id only get 5 mil ^.^ something that needs to be addressed im sure. Maybe you wouldnt loose all stats in main in that case.. i dunno ...

The big idea behind it all is that you guys are so powerfull to begin with, that even with the ecnhantements the weaker players are being given, you won't notice a single thing. Though I think this update also hopes for a somewhat more competetive environement

Thats exactly what i was thinking, is it going to be the max u can ascend with is 5mill APP ( more restrictions ) or is that the upper limit admin used to give the APP with??

I believe it is just the upper limit admin used to give extra APP with. We should find out tomorrow though, along with many other questions, assuming there are admin meetings.
