The movies always come out during Christmas, I believe, or close to it..and then do not get subbed until it is released onto DvD every April by Dattebayo.

I enjoyed the movie, however, I still await a Ninja war that actually happens on a large scale qq.

who else finds it strange that sasori's true body is shown? given that the majority of akatsuki members thought his body was the hunched back puppet Hiruko

Good question. It's very odd.

hmm, Orochimaru's implied to have known sasori's body from when they were partners in Akatsuki
Kabuto was Sasori's spy as well
however, the fact remains that his body is resurrected, when it is actually being used by Kankouro atm
unless u explain it as being a puppet modelled on sasori's body

Perhaps - it does no matter for the body. Just the soul in which is brought back in physical form. Like we've seen many times (Kakashi during the manga was talking to his father or Asuma talking to Shikamaru, etc).
Especially since when Orochimaru ressed the first, and second Hokages..their bodies? They'd be worm food.

actually, if memory serves, the bodies arn't those of the people being ressed
its a sacrifice or corpse (3 days old max) which is used as a vessel for the soul, and is then covered with dirt and ash to give it the appearance of the person being ressed (thus why it is "impure" ressurection)

Ah. I COMPLETELY FORGOT!
As those "whom he summoned" were in fact, those Sound Ninja.

which would allow sasori to be ressed even though his body is being used by kankurou

cos i am awsome, and i spend too much time rewatching anime and rereading manga
chapter 464, where Gaara, Kankurou and Temari step into the fight of Raikage vs Sasuke shows Kankurou using a new puppet
new puppet has sasori's face and is also shown to have hollow circle in his chest (where the heart cylinder went)
