How will the winning alliance be awarded?
Obviously either side are going to say, "WE WON" "NO, WE WON" "NO YOU DIDN'T WE DID!"
BAM, War restarts. Who has the finally say? I don't think anyone is going to surrender.

All wars should have a goal kind of thing.
First alliance to:
-kill so much army size,
-Steal so much naq
-destroy weapons
-descend
Etc,
Then the victor would be defined and can't be questioned.

Again, same thing. The alliances are gonna try and choose whatever they are best at for the winning terms.

now I gotta catch another of your PPT drops to make up for it
. sorry I havnt been putting up stats, been busy as *INSERT FILTERED WORD* lately and just been coming on and spending 20 or 30 minutes a day, so decided to use most of my time to raid and sell, seeing as the most I have had during this whole war for resources was 13T Naq and I had 22M UU before I did- or at least I was going to- sell the 20 off.

The forces of Gohan fought back with all they could, and managed to inflict 6 damage on Apocalyptic~Insanity's forces!
They managed to eradicate 0 of Apocalyptic~Insanity's troops.
thats a nice def.. as you can see i was gathering while massing.. see dmonix if it is there FP will take it

Yeah, saw you massing AC'd some of your spies and sabbed your strike from over 4T to under 1T before you went to PPT, sabbed out kitty and killed some spies and sabbed out Fallen Angel. Looked at FS and CS and stole some naq but there wasn't even something small to sab in there.
