Furthermore,"picking" is easy when you see the child only as a social nuissance.But lets talk genetics:what if the child you'r killing is a genius and may have the means to understand complex math or physics or creat grand masterpieces or even the cure for deseases like cancer an such.Even betther,what if you were the one being aborted?Don't think pragmaticly,think what a miracle the birth of a child is.And that from conception he has a soul and SUPREME potential!

.........abortion is not murder unless it is aborted past the second trimester because before then there is no human just a fetus and to look at it in simple clinical terms is it better to have that "potential genius" growing up in a house that cannot provide and never wanted a child in the first place and potentially abusive parents or teenage parents who arent ready for that kind of responsibility and are trying to do the proper thing by getting rid of it.
Now I am not going to argue about the sanctity of life because quite frankly human life is not sacred we are the biggest plague on this planet by far and the rate we are continuing to reproduce we are quite quickly using up all of our non-renewable resources. Animals in the wild kill their young especially when they do not stand a good chance of surviving and since we dont have any natural predators we are reduced to killing each other.
Furthermore porn creates killers and rapists
seriously most serial killers and serial rapists have an overarching desire to control some figure in their life and proclaim their dominance hence why they always choose a certain type of victim this is basic psychology. Yes they watch porn oh noes this is whats making them kill zomg zomg zomg :rolleyes: im sorry but thats just a ridiculous theory I want hard facts on that show me the percentage of serial killers and rapists who say oh it was the porn it made me do it.
Anyway im finished with this topic now best of luck to those who continue to "debate" this has devolved so far from a debate its ridiculous this is simply bantering now

There have been studies done particularly on identical twin that show when reared apart, they had an astonishing amount of similarities in their personality types. Scientists usually refer to this as a genetic anchor and the environment's only effect is how high or low you go up on that genetic line.
As I said before abortion should be regulated but overall it should allowed. There is one form of abortion I seriously abhor. I think it was called partial birth where the doctor kills the fetus as it comes out of the birth canal.
And not everyone attempts to defile life. Perhaps you should read over your words again and stop trying to generalize everyone into stereotypes.
PS wasn't it thought that animals don't have souls? I want to know the reason why on that.
