If a member of EPA has not followed standing orders, and that seems to be the case, why bring try to bring all of ETF (or you could just say TAF and cut the bs) into this war.

That was predictable, you were fully aware of the implications of not giving EPA a NAP.

Once again we are seeing massings for returning farming hits.

Its just plain laughable.

Its my understanding that BrosÅn has been fined for his transgression and ordered to focus his attention on OA.

So from 00:00 gametime tomorrow, he won't farm other OE alliances if they don't farm him.

With all due respect, we plan to deal with this issue in house. Though, because this seems to be a hot topic, of sorts, I can announce that Brosan's been fined for disobeying orders.

As for EPA hits within OE, but outside OA, as of 23:59 today (May 10th) any member of EPA making hits of the aforementioned nature, OE excluding OA, will have to repay what they stole, unless they are massed, at which point you can't really expect them to repay the initial hit. We're at war with OA, not OE, and should act as such. It is my hope that OE, excluding OA, will avoid farming us while we're at war with OA.

I hope this announcement means that the issue is resolved and there will be no further threats on the Tauri Alliance Family.

Delta was informed at the beginning of this war to avoid farming EPA, however the wanton aggression, lack of respect and deliberate provocation shown by the EPA and specifically it’s leader will mean that this policy is reconsidered.

This statement, from sarparto, who I assume is the EPA 2IC is welcome but until confirmed by their leader, worthless. When this is confirmed by the EPA leader – BMMJ - then it may be considered to be policy. I will reconsider this statement if he is currently forum banned, something I should have checked but haven’t.

Sarparto is in fact 2ic of EPA, and he made the post as I was on my way out. The fact that the opening post stated that it was due to hits on OE by EPA, and the fact that as soon as I logged into my ascended there was a recent (in the past couple of hours) by a member that was not Omega, forced me to mass him and another member who had also hit and was highly ranked. If they wish to open a vendetta with me, then fine, however I had just cause to mass them, whether or not there was a war going on or not. I have a policy to mass anyone not allied who farms me on ascended, which is my personal policy and no war will change that. If they had not wished to have been massed, then they should not have shown in my personal logs and had so much trained, it's as easy as that. I am still laughing about how EPA has been massed twice for farming, however when EPA masses back it is considered obscene. Hopefully this new policy can avoid any more complications and whining.

Funny BMMJ, when you spoke to me you clearly said the hits on you were on the 3rd May, yet this war started on the 8th, so unless you are far more inactive on ascension than even we believed, those hits were not 'recent', unless of course they just slipped your mind. Since ascension doesn't have PPT, I am forced to wonder why it took you so long to retailate.

I do thank you for confirming this policy in your capacity as EPA leader given your personal belief about OE.

Jorgensen happened to be the only other member other then Omegans to hit me recently in main, and as I was on ppt at the time, I massed his ascended account.

Sorry about the confusion. I should have probably mentioned somewhere in that post that I was EPA 2ic.
