The whole 1-way war thing was never even mentioned then btw. And this is new to me as I have never seen anything mentioned about 1-way war settings aside from farming

Ok so let's look at these attacks. This was a 1671 assault level (I don't think I was 1672 then but I might have been) against a defense level 471 levels lower. It took me 6x his strike, to cause 584k more super losses... only a difference of 2.9mil total planets.
Look at the difference in levels, and what it takes to cause barely more damage than you suffer yourself. Yes I think this is a bug
