Make a list and eliminate the ones not meeting the mark. (Just recon/GQ them and you will find out.)

5 - FIG JAM (Master_Splinter, Calibretto, ..)
6 - FIG JAM (Shunsui Kyoraku (leader) , SquirrelWrangler , hokiehomeboy , Tyran)
7 - [AG] Thor
8 - [AG] Thor
9 - Talloak
These are the only people who can be Omniscient at this time.
Which prompts me to 2 things: 1. Hokiehomeboy was the first 'double winner', and 2. I assume AG Thor was a member of FIG JAM in Tourney #5? (Could only find 2 members.)
I think you did a mistake... bcz bmmj is not a tourney winner but buco a.k.a green monster is which means tourney # 6 was won by OFIS

I just saved up my 30T cache, then I spent it.
Then I noticed I didn't get the achievement crossed off.
