From a neutral perspective:
DD have been thinking of going their own way for a while - the writing has been on the wall for a long time now
CoP stuck together out of pride (congrats btw) - DD left when a truce had been declared after months of warfare (and have said they're willing to rejoin if truce fails, so definitely aren't running away)
CIA have achieved their war aims - whether or not directly through the war or not - they have still been achieved (congrats on that)

Overall - both sides can, and will, claim a victory - CIA probably have more cause to celebrate as their war aims were met - but any victory claimed is more of a diplomatic one than military - for neither side truly had an advantage in the war

The why the wait was aimed at why DD did not say before the war they were leaving.

I mean surely CIA not disbanding would go against what they said during the formation... which was getting the CoP "super alliance"/treaties removed...

how about you look at it as CoP disbanded CIA disbanded (well not yet but just for the purpose of this thread/post) to end this farm fest... both sides have had loses both sides have gained...

Even IF, it was going to happen before the war, DD/CoP decided to to do it DURING the war. Your fault, your problem. And CoP cant really say they won cause we disband (when we do) as we stated we were only formed for the duration of the war, and the war would last till CoP disbanned, or to put it differently, we win. As our terms were met, usually, when your terms are met, and the war is ended from that, you win, no?

But by all means, if it makes your pride feel more loved, tell yourself that because DD thought of leaving CoP before the war it negates our win. Its a hollow claim and you and I, and most people with reasonable thought processes, know it.

And god im starting to hate OSL, your posts are nothing but useless 1 liners, hollow claims with no backing, and rediculous flaming.

I would like to thank CIA for a great war, I hope every one has got something out of it, whether its friends, uu, or just an experience.

As far as I am concerned the war is over, we can go our seperate ways and see where we end up

well maybe your allies in past did not have the same ties that dd had to its allies.

they saw omega and friends going to war. they did the right thing and stood by their ally and long time friend. they sir have honor.

I would like to say well done to everyone in this war, And as for the whole did CIA or COP win ? Its pretty clear who did looking at what alliances are left in what state and who got who to dispand first. Dont need to say anymore as the facts speak for themselfs.

This day has been coming for the last 2 years and I am very impressed with it.
