-Constant spamming of the General section
-Constantly claiming that due to the fact that General section hasn't been "properly defined" to him, that he is no breaking any rules by posting pointless and stupid threads that noone is interested in.
-Constantly trying to make trouble where there otherwise was none.
-Constantly have a stab at either current or former moderators/admins of this forum.
-Constantly bashing his own ideas and opinions on the forum when for the most part people rarely asked for his opinion, nor cared what it was.
-Constantly disrespecting particular forum moderators that he didn't agree with, or like.

-Insisting on defying moderators with the excuse that "there is no rule against it".
-Constantly creating controversial threads to feed his attention addiction and stir trouble up, as well as create mess for the moderators to clean up.
-Constantly creating threads in the inappropriate sections when knowing full well that they were in the inappropriate sections. (again, drawing the "no one has defined the general section" card).

Hopefully this one sinks in.

Picking things apart and adding chocolate sprinkles only works when you haven't been around to witness the mess it makes.

So Nuto, if you want lists, here's one for you. It's the official forum rules as posted by the Admin:

NEW VERSION OF THE RULES (ie the 10 commandments ) : (as of Sept 17/07)
1) post in the right forum. example: Recruiting officers or for an alliance can ONLY take place in the respective Recruitment forum.
- This one seems to have some merit. However, this does not include posting general discussion posts that mods deem useless.

2) The use of swearing and of abusive language, excessive or extreme direct insults to a person (including the mods/admins), or threats to a person (not an ingame character - the real person) - is strictly forbidden.
- Not part of your list.

3) criticizing spelling/english will result in post deleted. not everyone speaks english as a first language.
- Not part of your list.

4). Your avatar may not exceed a width of 200 pixels and / or a height of 200 pixels. Your signature may not exceed 2 megabytes and may not exceed size: 500px by 350px.
- Not part of your list.

5). You may not discuss or bring up any matter that can be considered sexually suggestive. This forum is used by people of a very young age and is not intended for such material. Porn links/images are examples of such forbidden content.

6) You may not advertise, trade for, or otherwise make a subject of, other games here
- Not part of your list.

7) You may not lie about game updates or game rules or game functions (since this is a game forum and people come here for REAL info).
- Not part of your list.

8 ) You may not post ingame stats of others, that are not readily available to all players. (ie spy & post info).
- Not part of your list.

9) No spamming: ie the repeat posting of the same thing over and over, or across multiple catagories/topics/threads
- Unless your evidence of spamming is different from the titles of the threads you posted, he hasn't broken this. He hasn't posted the same thing over and over.

10) Any 'for real $$' sales of goods, accounts, favours, are 100% YOUR RISK. If you get scammed (as many continue to do) the game&forum staff and owners CAN DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help you. Expect to lose your money and know that nobody can help you when you do.

Kind of funny...when you look at the real rules, Tok'ra really hasn't done all that much. It's only the things that you don't approve of that makes up the majority of your list.

Instead of continuously attacking my intellect and importance, why not actually use the rules to justify a ban. It might actually work.

You can't confirm jack Mystake except your continued unsuitablility for Community Liason.

I gave you MY list of why I am happy as Larry that he is gone, which probably fits closely to why other people dispised him too.

I did not give you the official reasons from Forum. I am not Forum, but I am happy about it.

So, I think I can kind of figure out where Nuto and Borek stand on this whole thing.

Nuto's just glad he's gone, regardless of the fact that mostly all of the things she posted aren't against the rules. Then if you don't like it, prepare to be ridiculed and lambasted because you're obviously not worthy to be mentioned in the same breath as Nuto Vixen.

Borek feels that you should trust that his time as a moderator gives him the knowledge that everything is fine with the world, and sees no need to actually back anything up with fact.

Both of you can't seem to understand that nothing I've said before this post was attacking you or defending Tok'ra. Nothing. If you'll reread it, I never support Tok'ra once. I even admitted that he's annoying. And yet, because I wasn't in favor of it I was grouped with those saying that Tok'ra's the messiah incarnate. If only you would listen to what you say and realize that with your considerable posts (regardless of the fact that you aren't current moderators) you are representatives of this game. What you say carries weight. By insulting others you gain nothing, and risk losing everything.

And we know where you're from, you will be deliberately obtuse and believe everything people "on your side" say but nothing anyone "against you" says despite the fact that they have posted no reasons at all as to why Tok'Ra shouldn't have been banned.

Exactly why he was banned THIS time is actually irrelevant to myself and Nuto because we have been around long enough and have been in a position of knowledge to actually KNOW exactly what we are talking about. We remember reading his exploits in the mods forum, most of the time we read what he was doing with almost complete incredulity because to be brutally honest i never thought it was possible for someone to behave like that.

He's been perma-banned 3 times and they were all deserved. He never should have come back after the last perma-banning, but in the end the old saying was proven right, "give a man enough rope and he will hang himself"...and Tok'Ra is swinging lifeless from the gallows atm after pushing his luck way beyond anything that i thought possible. Don't believe me? Fine, just ask around, plenty of people know what he was like. hell, ask Jenny if she thinks he didn't deserve his ultimate fate?

And Mystake i quit when i heard you were being given a roll when you should have been banned instead, but just like FS i guess that's par for the course nowadays with this place...How about you go back to being Bias about your mate Wes and tell us all again why he's such a great guy and shouldn't be banned?

And now, I sleep. Have fun everyone, if history repeats itself, I won't return to the forum for another month or longer. But then again, from what I've seen, I'm perfectly fine with that.

And Borek, you apparently have a hard time reading. I specifically said I'm not in favor of Tok'ra and you don't seem to be able to comprehend it. So, I'll say it again: I AM NOT BACKING UP TOK'RA. I'm still stymied that you feel I'm not going to believe what you and Nuto say. I'm not believing anything yet because YOU HAVEN'T SAID ANYTHING. You've posted a lot of "trust us, we are teh aewsome" style posts but haven't actually told us anything. If you care, I did ask around. I asked you and Nuto. Nuto gave me her personal reasons why she enjoyed the ban, but you have told me absolutely nothing. Telling me that "Exactly why he was banned THIS time is actually irrelevant" only makes me wonder whether you've been following this thread.
