Portugal missed great opportunity to play it more offensively with Casillas mistakes and apparent holes in spanish defense in first half.

Now, Spain really HAS to go to semifinals (at least) after beating Portugal!

They showed it 3-4 times on Belgian television and it was (a very close) offside tbh =/ ( the second pass)

Sure the knock out stages are pre-defined but they were pre-defined before the teams were drawn. Also I don't see any problem in spreading out the heavy weights in the group stages somewhat. What I don't agree with is that it is based on the Fifa rankings. I think the teams should be classed as the top team in a group depending on their qualification. That would make it perfectly fair for every team.

Offside? How? He made the run from an onside position, first shot was deflected by the keeper straight back at him, the ball wasn't passed to him so he was onside.
