Wrong, question is are Rico's declaring war on us, officially making them DoR, a name many people already call them in private
They've been hovering around the sidelines with NAPs and other deals with DDE for some time, now they must make a decision, if they want to be there own men with their own minds, or another cog in a big machine.

wait why would them declaring war on you make them have anything to do with DDE ,if they have naps with them fair enough but there war decleration is there own is it not?

Why would Rico's declaring war on you make them officially DoR? An even more accurate question..what did you do to piss them off?
