Looks like something is empty besides just the high. It's called a proper account setup. 17 tril on a 400 bil covert? Really High Empty? Rupert even knows better than that. You are so lucky I ran out of covert turns and then trained before I could call out the dogs that had the turns...and a way better covert level than I. If only I had a time machine to go back and not waste the covert on the two up top......

Mock all you like someone who uses english as a fourth language....But if we got the UU to burn, and not the planets to boost, you have that...pretty simple. Rob3rt is right, its hard to get good ratios when a 5 tril offence kills 300,000 and on a 3 tril defence they only lose 23,000 etc.....
