thats what that fancy search button is for ;)

As for the bank itself, I am still all for having the leaders being able to withdraw it, but I do see why alot of people have concerns.

I still think that if it becomes and issue it can be reversed, or apply it to beta and see what happens (although that probobly would not give you good results)

word

now i under stand it but we still don't know what well happen we haven't goten any info in mouths and how long have we been tolled about it i'am starting to wonder if it well be put on at all

My opinion is that the alliance bank should be used to increase the alliance it self not the players of the alliance!! Being part of the alliance needs to have pros and cons, should be more of a cost for being part of an alliance, people need to realize that allliances are about sacrifice not gain, NEVER should the naq be transferable or removeable, the upgrades should ONLY affect the alliance and not the players themselves.

4.) Bank naq can only be transferred to a member of the alliance.

The bank will not be used for these purposes, it will be used for alliance upgrades. No-one will be able to withdraw funds at all.

To be honest, then there really is no need for an alliance bank at all. No matter how a banking system is done, it will favor the larger alliances with the larger incomes. Admin may as well make a bank an actual "bank".

At least I tried to provide some sort of solution to try to minimize abusing a bank system.

How can you judge this update when no-one even knows what Admin has planned for the alliance updates. it may not necessarily benefit only the large alliances. You can't judge something that you know nothing about.

YOu are right. We can't judge something that we know nothing about. So if the admins of the game want good suggestions, they need to let us know what they are thinking that the money should be for specifically, not just saying its going to be for alliance upgrades.

Alliance bank.
A 1% charge is levied against income, when you belong to an alliance. It is banked in the alliance bank.
The alliance bank has no current withdrawl system - but - eventually it will be used for wars and alliance features/abilities.
It will NEVER be able to be used to give any single or group of players currency. It will always remain for the use of alliance functions only.

I don't disagree, but one part is not vague in the least
It will always remain for the use of alliance functions only.

Maybe the upgrades can only apply to warring alliances? And only against the alliances they are at war with?

Just warring alliances? Every alliance will war sooner or later, I'd rather have the upgrades prewar not postwar.
