One thing you definitely need to look at is the retention of new players - ie: increasing the basic package when people sign up. When a new guy hears of hundreds of trillions of naq being trivial to some players....most will likely quit long before they explore the game fully.....

also a tutorial on first login that shows you the basics of the game, something like the one dunewars has. Would help new players get the basics without reading through the entire help and rules page.
