Never-teeh-less, this topic getting interesting by the reply

I told the author of the thread about what happened to the poll he created, and he deleted it.

Obviously he agreed that the poll was falsified with multies, and decided it was best to just judge who is happy and who is not with some good old fashioned posting.

I think its a good idea. No more tinkering to prove a point, just the opinions of people via posting.

alright, for anyone who thinks he hasn't earned this ban, because of no rule violations supplied thus far. i have three since his last suspension. and the standard for this forum is three warnings, and then suspension. this is suspension 5+ for tok`ra, therefor, he's had plenty of time to work through his "issues".

evidence #1:
calling a forum user a pedophile. Nuto will recall this incident, because a statement was made: "now you're asking for a pedophile scandal" which was followed up by Tok`ra asking if one person was invited, while quoting said post. this is the second instance of him posting something such as this. which, if you care to realize, is a violation of the second commandment. "extreme direct insults to a person" two violations.

evidence #2:
Duplicate topics: Can the supermods (not all, but some) please grow up ?

posted three times with the same content. violation of commandment 9. at least one violation.

strike three.

Wow Nuto, you said let the people who post actually show how he is liked or disliked. In my opinion, and my current view of this thread. It seems more peoplare against what happened to him... More recently it has been you and Borek backing up Forum's decision. Against you are Bladeswin, Mr. Mystake, and Jack. Still that puts a majority against you, so I don't see how they are a minority.

You want to know why I put my name in for SUPPORTING Tok'ra. Well here you go.

He may have annoying posts, yes. But you can always CHOSE TO NOT read them. I mean you see his name, you skip on past it. Boo hoo. That is the same for the threads he created. You saw his name, you scrolled on downwards. Wow is it really that hard?

Also you want to know why he poked and prodded at the moderators? It is because they don't do much. I mean I have seen many rules broken, has anything happened? No. That is because they aren't doing their job. If they aren't doing their job, then why the hell are they moderators?! This is why Tok'ra did that.

He did have a point to "SGW General" not being defined. You could put something such as: "SGW Drag show" in a thread and have it as a competition to see who the best would look in women's clothing among active players. That would still technically be in SGW General, not spam, as it is SGW related because you are relating to the players. There has to be EXACT rules of what CAN and CANNOT be posted in this thread to avoid what Tok'ra was doing. He was trying to show this, in his own special way.

Oh about calling you a pedophile. Didn't you call Apollo a pedophile a while back?! I could of sworn I had seen something along those lines in which you were involved.

Dadigi was a crappy mod. Why are they so special to get elite treatement from forum? Dadigi shouldn't of been "changed" they should of just been a normal member again as they weren't good at their job.

Good Moderators are the ones who do their job, and do it without saying their opinion on the matter. Here is an example:

Bob says: You are a <censored> (not censored in his original post)
Mod comes in and changes the foul word to <censored>
Mod sends PM to Bob saying he was warned for his breaking of rule X
Mod makes a note in the Moderator forum noting that Bob was warned for breaking rule X.

Simple as that. If they close a post, have it be for a legit reason:

Creator asked it to be locked
Breaking a Rule
Multiple Thread on Topic

Legit reasons such as that, not ones that they didn't agree. Which I might reference again, there were times that you had threads locked as you didn't like the opinion of what was being said... but yet it once again slips my mind.

Psi Kiya Tryst. Isn't it said that if you break a rule you are warned. If you then break the rule again, you are SUSPENDED. Why make a special occasion just for one player. He had not been SUSPENDED on this account for the rule. Also learn to count!
