lol in the Ghana match the ball was not heading for his face. Therefore if he put his arms up to protect his face then the ball would have still gone in the goal. But as we all could see very clearly both his arms were at either side of his head and the ball was nowhere near his face.

Anyway Uruguay got their comeuppance and hopefully they will end up 4th.

Germany won it thrice, and Uruguay twice. However, Spain never went to semifinals before, and Netherlands ended twice second.
They both need more to go to final than the two others!

How did the topic end up on positively charged sub atomic particles??? facinating stuff chemistry and physics (physics being a branch of chemistry originally)

I think tonights match will be intriquing - spain with all thier pocession will be vunerable on the counter which will suit the germans down to the ground since most thier goals come from counter attacks....still if spain score first then they have the midfield to control the game but even if spain starts well and germany score then it is open season for germany since if the game opens with spain going on the offensive after conceding - this will suit the counter attacking germans all the more

this game will eb and flow tho witht eh first goal cruital - awesome
