I emailed admin several days ago to get my accounts fixed neither of my ascended accounts were effect by the bug or roll back just my mains (apart from my main ascended losing over 5bil worth of planets ><). I am still having issues with my accounts just like other people so I do not see exactly why we are having issues here? It was just another descension I in this case was lucky to get because a) robert forgot to but it on vac mode and b_ did not re-fill his life force.
