as in standard soldiers?
so you can untrain em before an ascension?

if thats the case then yes i did it a few times

didnt like losing that many uu so saved loads of naq

ya and u don't lose all the naq either.... i mean u need a lot less anq as u don't need to train supers..

Speed ascension. That's how it's done. No major loss in UU. Big naquadah investment and you need enough size to have an income to make the necessary weapon buy/sell cost in six days of PPT (back when speed ascension was allowed). Ascending every 6 days (just to make an extra income to be safe)

It's how I got to LG+1 in a month.

ANd then when I went for AG, it took 2 weeks per ascension.
